The UNWE research team under the STUDIES-DIG project welcomed the representatives of AFEM TTA from Morocco who arrived in Sofia at the beginning of November 2025 to implement their secondments in the frame of WP2 project activities. The host institution has prepared an intensive program of activities for Mrs. Chaibia Balbzioui, President of AFEM TTA, and Mrs. Hayat Less, Vice President of the organization, to help them examine the relationship between national culture, socio-economic factors, and digitalization and to understand how national contexts shape digital transformation trends. Some of the research activities and events in which the seconded staff members from AFEM TTA, MA, were actively involved from the beginning of their secondments included meetings and discussions with students and researchers from different fields. It was of special interest for Mrs. Chaibia Balbzioui and Mrs. Hayat Less to participate in the presentation of the book entitled Bulgaria in the Global Economy: Dynamics, Challenges, and Opportunities, written by Prof. Paskal Jelev from the Department of International Economic Relations and Business, organized during the Week of the book at UNWE.
