🌍 STUDIES-DIG at TICPA 2026 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania
As part of the TICPA 2026 Conference – “Public Administration and the Future of Democracy”, held in Cluj-Napoca, a dedicated STUDIES-DIG panel brought together members of the project consortium to present the outcomes of the project’s activities and discuss the priorities and directions of the incoming Work Package.
The panel provided an important opportunity to share progress, exchange perspectives and strengthen collaboration among the participating institutions, with a particular focus on the continued transformation of higher education through transnational and multi-sector cooperation.
The panel brought together:
🔹 Prof. Polya Katzamunska, University of National and World Economy (UNWE)
🔹 Assoc. Prof. Ekaterina Tosheva, UNWE
🔹 Assistant Prof. Bianka Tosheva, UNWE
🔹 Prof. David Ferraz, ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon
🔹 Prof. Bogdana Neamtu, Babeș-Bolyai University (UBB)
🔹 Paula Beudean, C. School
🔹 Dr. Zornitza Mladenova, D.Sc., Rudozem Municipality, Bulgaria
The discussion highlighted the value of international knowledge exchange, digital transformation, capacity building and multi-sector partnerships in addressing the evolving needs of higher education institutions and their wider communities.
The STUDIES-DIG team continues its joint efforts to translate project research and activities into practical approaches that support more digital, resilient and connected higher education systems.
🙏 Our sincere gratitude goes to the Organising Committee of TICPA 2026 for the excellent organisation, warm hospitality and for creating a valuable platform for academic dialogue, professional exchange and international cooperation.
