In early November 2025, Ibn Tofail University, Kenitra – one of the academic partner institutions from Morocco, nominated 3 researchers to visit Bulgaria and implement the WP2 secondments within the framework of the STUDIES-DIG project activities. The visit of Prof. Mohamed Benmhammed is hosted by UNWE, while the visits of Prof. Said Tkatek and Prof. El Houssaine Ouabida are hosted by the Institute of Modern Politics in Sofia and the Rudozem municipality in Rudozem. The visit of Moroccan researchers to Bulgaria began with a meeting with the coordinator’s team at UNWE to discuss tasks and activities focused on examining the relationship between national culture, socio-economic factors, and digitalization, as well as studying how national context shapes digital transformation trends.
The coordinators’ team extends their gratitude to H.E. Zakia El Midaoui for being so kind to invite the researchers from Morocco to visit the Moroccan Embassy and to discuss the development of the project!
